About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Motion Designer to bring HubFit's brand to life across high-velocity paid social ads and polished product launch videos. You are a fast-moving visual storyteller who can translate creative briefs into scroll-stopping animations, work efficiently within an established brand system, and seamlessly embed AI tools into your daily production workflow.
What You'll Do
Paid Social Creative: Produce high-output motion and video ad variants for Meta and TikTok built for rapid testing.
Product Launches: Create high-quality launch videos, feature reveals, and landing page hero animations for new product updates.
Product Motion: Animate app screens and walkthroughs to cleanly showcase product UI across marketing channels.
Systems & Templates: Build and maintain a reusable library of motion templates and brand assets to help the team execute faster.
What You'll Bring
Motion Design Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on motion design experience, ideally building performance advertising assets and product videos for B2B SaaS or tech brands.
Premium Tool Fluency: Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, paired with Figma fluency for cleanly extracting product UI into motion.
Iterative Mindset: A portfolio showing a strong balance of scroll-stopping paid social ads and polished product videos that adapt based on performance data and feedback.
High Ownership: A proactive operator who manages the asset pipeline with absolute autonomy, moving quickly from initial brief concepts to fast-paced asset revisions.
Bonus Points
Passionate about, or have a background in, fitness or wellness.
Strong sound design sensibility and an understanding of how audio shapes video pacing.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up asset variation, generation, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with production tools like Frame.io, Loom, Artlist, or ElevenLabs.
