Job Overview
We hope to hire a dependable laborer to assist with an ongoing condo balcony restoration project. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth steady workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, willing to work at heights, and committed to contributing to the success of our team. The project is expected to run until Nov-Dec 2026, providing roughly 5 months of steady fully time employment.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site clean-up and debris removal
- Participate in required safety courses (working at heights & swing-stage)
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely and effectively
- Prepare work areas by setting up equipment and materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently and safely
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
