From scheduling, inventory, and performance management to hiring, training, and food execution, you’ll oversee every detail with confidence and care. What You Bring
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality management
- Bonus points for time in brick-oven pizzerias or fast-casual dining
- Valid Food Safe and Serving It Right certifications (non-negotiable!)
