Your role and key responsibilities
We are looking for a Coordinator, Compensation & HR Controlling to support the design, administration, and evaluation of PowerCo's compensation and benefits programs. This role also supports HR Controlling function by assisting in personnel data reporting, drafting forecast, annual budgets and Operational/Strategic Planning Rounds.
This role requires a full-time presence in our St. Thomas office.
What you bring to the team
Assists with the collection and analysis of salary survey data; processes, audits and analyzes data for variable pay, annual merit rounds.
Administers and supports PowerCo's employee Group benefits program; guide new hires through enrollment process, act as the primary resource for all employee inquires.
Assists in job evaluation to determine appropriate pay grades. If needed, supports HRBPs and/or hiring managers in writing and updating JDTs. Administers Job Matrix and JDT Library.
Handles all bill payments within department, ensuring accuracy, timely completion and within the budget spending.
Tracks departmental metrics, generates reports, updates organizational charts. Acts as a bridge between HR and Finance.
Tracks workforce spending, forecasts recruitment curves, manages personnel data. Supports with annual budget planning and Operational / Strategic Planning Rounds.
Provides hands-on support with ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and the execution of HR communications and policy implementations.
What makes you stand out
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Finance
Well developed analytical skills and a strong proficiency with MS Suite, specifically excel
Proven attention to detail and the ability to ensure data accuracy
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex topics
Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and partner cross-functionally across the organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Attractive Remuneration: The expected competitive compensation range for this position is $62,640 to $76,572 which includes base pay and target amount of short term incentive plan
