Entryguard Doors has been providing quality door products since 1993. Our business is currently expanding and we are seeking an order entry representative to service our existing customer base and process orders. The positions will be based at our office in London.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-receive, review and process requests
-verify and correct data where necessary
-assist with customers enquires, cancellations or adjustments
-offer alternate solutions to customers using product specific availability
-review source documents for accuracy and incompatibilities
-other duties as required
-no cold calling required
QUALIFICATIONS
-exhibit sound judgement and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction
-customer service focused and proactive when situations arise
-extremely strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
-ability to learn extensive product details and apply that knowledge to daily tasks using sound judgement and industry standards
-critical thinking and the ability to problem solve
-ability to understand customer requests (both verbal and written) and advise effective solutions that meet their requirements
-strong organization and multi-tasking skills (with ability to effectively prioritize and follow up)
-advanced computer skills (specifically Microsoft Office 365, VOIP phones, data entry programs)
-effective interpersonal, time management and communication skills (both verbal and written)
-ability to take initiative and own an autonomous work ethic
-ability to build a rapport and relationship with customers over the phone
-minimum 2 years’ experience in an office setting
-previous experience with windows and doors or building products an asset
-punctual and reliable
