Position Summary
The Office Administrator supports daily business operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and coordinating internal processes. This role helps ensure accurate documentation, effective communication, and efficient administrative support for business activities. The position can be performed remotely from home, using digital tools and company systems to manage administrative responsibilities, maintain records, and collaborate effectively with team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain office records.
- Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence according to business requirements.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal administrative activities through digital communication tools.
- Maintain accurate client and business information in company systems.
- Support invoice processing and general office documentation using electronic platforms.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize digital files and maintain effective information management processes.
- Monitor administrative processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members through email, virtual meetings, and online collaboration tools to support business operations.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks while working independently in a remote work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative education is an asset.
- Experience in office administration or a related administrative role.
- Knowledge of office procedures, document management, and record keeping.
- Ability to use standard office software applications and digital communication platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and priorities independently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently from a home office environment while maintaining productivity and communication with the team.
Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON (York District)
