Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Barn Staff to join our team. This role involves maintaining the daily operations of the farm, caring for animals, and ensuring the smooth functioning of barn activities. Duties
- Assist with feeding, watering, and caring for livestock and other farm animals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of barns, stalls, and surrounding areas
- Operate farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and structures
- Handle heavy lifting tasks related to feed bags, supplies, or equipment
- Support with cleaning, bedding changes, and animal health checks
- Assist with loading and unloading supplies or livestock as needed
- Monitor animal health and report any concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge of farm machinery and mechanical systems is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Mechanical knowledge related to farm equipment is a plus
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols when operating machinery or handling animals
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for farm operations

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
