Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the concession department to ensure efficient and high quality service.
- Maintain concession equipment by performing routine inspections and coordinating regular deep cleaning, including deep fryer maintenance.
- Ensure all concession areas are clean, organized, fully stocked and compliant with Health and Safety Standards.
- Plan and complete daily and weekly inventory shopping, including purchasing supplies from local vendors as well as place and receive orders from our suppliers.
- Prepare and manage the monthly employee work schedule and review and distribution of employee timecards.
- Balance scratch lottery ticket inventory and complete ticket activations accurately.
- Resolve employee concerns professionally while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins to provide support, feedback and performance coaching.
- Interview, hire and training of new employees.
- Supervisor to also perform both cashier and cooking duties to ensure operational flexibility.
- Complete monthly and yearly inventory counts with accuracy and attention to detail to minimize product wastage and shortages.
Must be 18+ as this is a Licensed Gaming Facility
Skills:
- Proven experience as a cook or chef recommended but will train the right individual
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instruction
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team
Concession hours are:
Days - Thursday to Sunday 10:30 am - 2:00 pm
Evenings -Tuesday to Sunday 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
