Position Hiring:*Game Master / Customer Service Representative *
Requirements:
- Maintaining a passionate, energetic, outgoing and positive attitude at all times.
- Fluent English is a must. Bilingual would be a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fun but fast paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Able to cope with the special store operation hours due to the nature of the business. (Up to 1am on Friday and Saturdays for closing shifts.)
- Able to deal with situations with logical decisions and a positive attitude.
- Prior customer service experience is NOT mandatory, as we will provide full training upon job enrollment.
