We are looking for a detail-oriented CNC technologist / Production Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for order verification, CNC programming, material planning, coordinate production activities, verify orders, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Duties
- Verify order details using Cabinet Vision/2020 Insight.
- Coordinate with the Drafting team to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare material take-offs and optimize material usage.
- Create nesting layouts and post CNC programs.
- Prepare production documentation and checklists.
- Review customer orders, specifications, and production drawings for accuracy.
- Collaborate with Design, Production, and QA teams.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure quality standards are met.

Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, cabinetry, or millwork is preferred.
- Experience with Cabinet Vision, 2020 Insight, CNC programming, or similar software is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
