Overview
We're a small, locally-owned electrical contractor in Victoria. We stay busy year-round with a good mix of residential and commercial work centrally located in the GVA. We believe good electricians shouldn't have to give up their life outside of work to have a good job.
What You'll Do:
- Residential and light commercial electrical installations, service, and troubleshooting
- Renovations, tenant improvements, panel upgrades, EV chargers, new construction
- Read and interpret drawings, complete service calls independently
- Work throughout Greater Victoria
What we Offer:

- $25-$40/hr depending on experience, paid bi-weekly
- Overtime paid at 1.5x

Requirements:
- Valid Red Seal or enrolled in an apprentice program
- 1+ year electrical experience - residential and/or commercial - Preferred but willing to work with and train the right candidate
- Able to work independently, maintain site-specific notes, and work directly with customers
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Nice to have:
- Own vehicle/transportation (gas/parking reimbursement negotiable)
- Own a set of basic tools (hand tools + drill)
Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
