We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager who is passionate about luxury customer service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys leading a high-performing team.
This is much more than a receptionist position. As the first and last impression of CurAge, you will play a key leadership role in creating an unforgettable experience for every client who walks through our doors.
Experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, concierge services, premium retail, or high-end spas is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee all daily front desk operations.
- Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage appointment scheduling and daily calendars using Mangomint.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate schedules across our Spa, Salon, Medical, and Academy departments.
- Supervise, coach, and support the front desk team.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new front desk team members.
- Handle client concerns with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ensure reception, waiting areas, and retail displays remain immaculate at all times.
- Monitor daily sales, retail performance, and front desk KPIs.
- Assist with inventory purchasing, bookkeeping tasks, and administrative duties.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and client retention programs.
- Maintain efficient systems, procedures, and workflows that improve the overall client experience.
- Work closely with management to continually elevate our service standards.

Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience required.
- Experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, concierge, premium retail, spa, medical clinic, or wellness industry is a strong asset.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English & French) preferred.
- Experience using booking or POS systems (Mangomint experience is an asset).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with administrative duties, inventory management, and basic bookkeeping.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to educate clients and recommend products and services naturally.
