O'Neill Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Fixed-Operations Manager to join our luxury dealership, Global Imports.
As the Fixed Operations Manager, you report to the Service Director and Parts Director and will assist in all areas including but not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Overseeing Service Advisors
- Overseeing Automotive Technicians
- Preparation of ROs including appropriate information, code sheets, stamps and signatures
- Verify all billing is correct
- Review menu prices and adjust as needed
- Develop and implement upselling strategies to maximize service sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Overseeing Parts department
- Ordering parts
- Answering phones with a clear, friendly voice along with a professional demeanor
- Handling customer concerns with sincere understanding and referring them to the appropriate individual/department for resolution
- Issuing Parts returns, core returns, warranty part returns and obsolescence returns
- Keeping current on new products and product updates
- Participating in weekly department meetings
- Multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment
- Participating in training as needed
- Maintaining professional appearance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities, preferably in an automotive repair or dealership environment
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for this role
- In-depth knowledge of automotive technology, service/parts processes, and industry best practices
- Ability to manage sales processes effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with PBS is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean and organized workspace is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
- Must be able to provide a clean Code of Conduct
