Regional Sales Manager – Fragrance & Beauty
Location: Position based in Vancouver, Territory covered: Quebec, Western Canada, and the Maritimes
Reports to: Head of Retail & Store Operations - F&B
Contract: Full-time and Permanent
Your role @ Chanel:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving commercial performance, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring the excellence of CHANEL’s image and standards within your region. This role oversees the Territory Managers and field teams, ensuring objectives are met, the brand’s presence is maximized, and flawless execution at every point of sale.

Commercial Leadership & Business Management
Lead regional sales plans, analyze performance by store and by Territory Manager, and propose corrective actions when needed;
Ensure sales objectives are achieved and respond quickly to challenges;
Proactively communicate results, opportunities, and key territory issues;
Build strong relationships with Store Managers and operational teams to drive CHANEL’s business growth;
Collaborate with Training, Merchandising, CRM/e-retail, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of national initiatives;
Provide occasional support in boutique management and operations.
Marketing & Merchandising Execution
Ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making the most of all available tools (samples, testers, event POS materials, etc.);
Supervise compliance with CHANEL merchandising and hygiene standards at all counters;
Report field insights on events, commercial performance, and new product rotations, while optimizing the impact of promotional operations.
Client Experience
Foster a culture of excellence focused on each and every client interaction;
Ensure strict application of best clienteling and client relationship management practices;
Monitor service quality and handle any complex or escalated client situations with discernment.
Team Development & Leadership
Guide, inspire, and support the Territory Managers and their teams to maximize commercial results and client experience;
Implement personalized development plans and conduct annual reviews, recommending relevant training;
Effectively manage recruitment and onboarding needs, as well as specific HR matters.
Operational Excellence
Oversee stock management to anticipate trends and seize commercial opportunities;
Support operational and training needs of Territory Managers;
Actively participate in the recruitment of beauty demonstrators for key launches and events;
Ensure the smooth operation and performance of cabins;
Take part in the opening, closing, or renovation of stores;
Consistently embody CHANEL’s elegant and professional image.

What you will bring to the role:
Solid experience (minimum 7–10 years) in a regional sales management role, ideally within the Beauty or Luxury sector;
Strong background in fragrances and beauty products, with experience working with various suppliers considered an asset;
Excellent strategic planning, communication, and follow-up skills;
Natural leadership, with the ability to mobilize and unite a team towards ambitious goals;
Autonomous, proactive, and also values collaborative work;
Highly flexible and comfortable in a constantly evolving environment;
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for interacting with local and international teams;

Competitive Salary: $125,000-$135,000 + bonus + car allowance.
