We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area to enhance customer experience.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to customers.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Utilize time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Previous cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with technical sales experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
