Join our dynamic team as a Wash Bay Attendant & Rental Equipment Operator, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining our equipment and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and washing of equipment, vehicles, and tools to ensure they meet quality standards and safety requirements
- Safely operate rental equipment such as Side x Sides, Argo, Quad and larger units like Hagglunds and Rubber Track Carriers
- Assist customers with rental equipment needs, providing excellent customer service and guidance on proper usage
- Conduct routine inspections of rental equipment before and after use to identify maintenance needs or damages
- Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay area, ensuring it remains organized, safe, and efficient for daily operations
- Keep accurate records of equipment rentals, returns, and maintenance activities
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during cleaning and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or equipment operation is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to equipment operation and environmental handling
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
This is a no experience necessary position, with lots of opportunity to learn and train
Offroad and powersports enthusiasm and knowledge an asset
Mechanically inclined is also an asset, but not necessary

This position comes with the opportunity of being on call with additional compensation and overtime.
Must be reliable, accountable, and punctual as this is also a keyholder position
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
