Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, making them feel immediately at home
- Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring smooth seating flow
- Coordinate with the serving staff to optimize table assignments and minimize wait times
- Answer guest inquiries via phone with courteous and clear communication, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and waiting area to uphold high standards of hospitality
- Assist with guest needs during their visit, including providing menus and answering questions about the restaurant’s offerings
- Support team members in delivering outstanding customer service by fostering a positive and energetic environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services, food service, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle phone etiquette professionally
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Experience in serving or hotel environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
